2012 is the year of affordable designer wear. We’ve already seen the “Versace for H&M effect” on women from last season’s store loot. This Feminine, offbeat and quirky designer label is known for its ‘European inflected bohemianism’. It’s vintage inspired shapes and fabrics, play on textures and colors will be interesting to see on H&M’s Summer collection. Available on March 8th, 2012: Super excited!

This erstwhile doll clothing designer has worked his way up to the A list of the world’s most sought- after labels. And with good reason! Find me a single person who is not completely head over heels in love with the man’s silhouettes – I know I am and so are Ivanka Trump and Michelle Obama. Difference is that now I can actually afford one of his creations. Available Feb 5th 2012: Can’t wait!

The collection will be carried in all Banana Republic stores in the United States, Canada,UK, Italy, France, Japan, Turkey, and Korea as well as online in 24 countries. The resort inspired style will be vibrant, flowy and relaxed.
