Baroque, New retro, Heavy duty and Far east are key themes for Turkish brand, Koton’s Autumn Winter 2012 collection. Seen at the press preview in Dubai, some of the pieces truly stood out- particularly in the formal work wear collection and among the accessories. A lot of berry shades- plum, burgundy and red wine makes it a delicious season at Koton.
The ‘Baroque’ look is making a graceful return this season and I’m loving the layered sheer tops over baroque-pattered pencil skirts at Koton.
The accessories are edgy- knuckle clutch and statement necklaces set a very dark, sexy mood. Would look swell worn over a sweater. Also loved some pieced from the party wear- This uni-colored skirt and top had me hooked. Definitely one of the chicest looks of the season!
Nothing like a shade of deep plum to really update the AW closet with. Love this skirt and I can think of so many ways of layering and styling this look!
Lovely collection in all…I left the event planning my next visit to Koton!
