Dubai’s fashion frat loves Pop-Up style!
8 Jan
The streets of Dubai are buzzing with tons of exciting fashion news! A new pop up fashion concept is shaking up the fashion fraternity in the UAE, with its promise step away from the same old done-to-death brands to appreciate unique, non-mainstream fashion.
Boutique 51 recently held an open night with designer Lamberto Petri, who launched his first collection in 2010 under the brand name ‘La Maison du Couturier’. He introduced his new collection at the event, which combined the elements of Japanese tradition with the timeless romanticism of Italian couture. Delish!
Boutique 51 was launched in 2011 in Egypt to celebrate individualism, style and
global fashion. It has now made its way to Dubai, branded B51, relying on a “pop-up” model to differentiate itself from competitors in a city that’s saturated with fashion brands. The label has 40, never- seen-before brands in Dubai and caters to those who appreciate discovering new brands.
Affordable and individualistic… that’s B51’s pop up for you. Infact, I’ve resolved to explore new sartorial pursuits and go beyond the mundane this year- B51’s pop up store is the perfect place to start!
