Stylish, fresh and fabulous – That’s H&M for you. But what I love most about the fashion store is that it’s full of surprises! Be it collaborations with amazing designers such as Versace and Marni or some truly fantastic and inspiring pieces in the ‘Conscious’ collection, the store just never fails to delight me. For someone who is as value conscious as I am, H&M simply tops the go-to list for affordable style and great quality, which frankly, is very rare to find together.

• Anna Dello Russo, Vogue Italy’s famous and vivacious fashion editor is collaborating with H&M this year for the ‘Fashion Icon’ collection- Cant wait to get my hands on this one- if it has Anna’s signature style in it, the collection is bound to be as outrageously cool as she is!

Sexy crooner, Lana Del Ray has collaborated with H&M this fall to put this amazing collection together. Very simple, classic and chic! The peplum tops and bright printed tights are bound to be such a rage in the coming season!

Stylish, charming and fabulously Italian- Angela Missoni was all that and more! I had the pleasure of meeting the daughter of Ottavio and Rosita Missoni at the launch of the brand’s Pre Fall 2012 collection at Boutique 1, in Dubai this week. The charismatic and refreshingly unassuming scion of the Italian knitwear empire is not just the Creative Director at Missoni, but also has honor of carrying the legacy of Missoni forward.

The Pre Fall ‘12 collection itself is ultra-feminine and form fitting, showing off an elegant, slim silhouette. I particularly loved the high collar and the signature layering with the emphasis, this time, on the narrow waistline and wide belts .

The house of Missoni has taken a bold step this season towards evening wear- a relatively unchartered territory for them. An outstanding little yellow evening dress stood inside the preview area that had me enchanted. I’m not sure if that’s something I’d personally pick but it definitely had enough star power to be a head turner.

In all, a delightful collection and a lovely evening spent with a legend in her own right.

My favourite Hollywood girl, Mila Kunis is the new face of Dior! She is currently shooting the  Dior Spring 2012 fashion campaign and will début in the international editions of Elle, Vogue and Madame Figaro  starting from China on Jan 15^th  followed by Italy, Russia and France. It will debut in the U.S. in The New York Times on Jan. 29.

She spoke to WWD in an exclusive phone interview, “I’m honestly just learning about fashion,” confessing she’s more of a ‘jeans and T-shirt’ type. “In my daily life, I don’t wear the most feminine pieces. But I love to feel feminine when I’m on the red carpet,” Kunis said. “I find that Dior is an incredibly grounded house. I always thought what Dior does is so sophisticated, feminine and beautiful.”
